Florida law requires each party in a family law case to produce specific financial documents to the other side — this is called mandatory disclosure. Our service will: (a) provide you the complete checklist of required documents, (b) help you organize and label them properly, (c) prepare the Certificate of Compliance with Mandatory Disclosure form, and (d) review your package for completeness before submission. Standard turnaround: 2–3 business days from completed intake form. Rush options available.
Florida Mandatory Disclosure Checklist
Per Fla. Fam. L. R. P. 12.285, each party must exchange the following:
- ✓Last 3 years of federal and state income tax returns (with all schedules and W-2s/1099s)
- ✓Last 4 pay stubs or proof of income
- ✓Last 3 months of bank statements (all accounts)
- ✓Last 3 months of brokerage/investment account statements
- ✓Last 3 months of retirement/pension account statements
- ✓Documentation of all real estate owned (deeds, mortgage statements)
- ✓Last 3 months of credit card statements
- ✓Documentation of all liabilities (loans, debts)
- ✓Life insurance policies showing cash value
- ✓Last 3 years of corporate/business tax returns if self-employed or business owner
- ✓Last 3 years of personal financial statements if self-employed
- ✓Deeds, titles, and account statements for all assets
After purchasing, you'll receive an intake form where you can upload your documents directly to our secure client portal. We'll organize, review, and prepare your disclosure package from there.
Note: Price above is for document preparation only. Court filing fees ($300–$408 depending on county) and process server fees are paid separately by you directly to the court. We handle the paperwork — you file it.
